I think there should be a mod that can turn off the once-a-day limit or at least put powers in 30-60 second cooldown...if this is possible. I'd like it if it was also the same with shouts, with the ability to turn off cooldown, or at least have the ability to change all of them to be the same, consistent cooldown time.
