The warning was given for the following reason: Playing forum vigilante and making baseless accusation of piracy towards another forum member. "User, stop using outdated programs. NET framework is a requirement and it comes with quite old updates of win7. Obviously, not for pirates. Which you probably are." If you believe someone has pirated something and have valid evidence please report it in future.
