Possible fix for broken Large Address Aware patch

This should solve the problem caused by the most recent TESV update from Bethesda and make Skyrim LAA aware again.

DISCLAIMER: This involves editing the game executable. Know what you are doing. Also i have not tested the memory usage yet, so i cannot confirm that this works with Skyrim. It does work with any other windows application. Also you will most likely need to take some of the countermeasures mentioned elsewhere to prevent Steam from detecting that your executable is modified.

1. I assume that you already have made changes to your user memory settings if you are on a 32 bit OS.

2. Download this program: http://www.ntcore.com/files/ExplorerSuite.exe

3. Start the suite

4. Click on file open and browse to the Skyrim TESV.EXE executable

5.Click on Nt Headers

6. Click on File Header

7. On the line that says 'Characteristics' , click on click here

8. check App can handle >2gb address space.

9. Click on File -->Save

Enjoy running Skyrim with LAA again (hopefully)

DONT FORGET TO TAKE MEASURES TO PREVENT YOUR EXECUTABLE FROM BEING RESTORED AGAIN!

I'm sure this has been said before in other threads and whatnot (I haven't been keeping up :(), but if you have a copy of your original exe, all you have to do is disable automatic updates from steam, restore your original exe and enable it for 4gb again, you should lose anything since all the patch did was enforce DRM I believe, no new game goodness and content in that patch
