Crashing on Windows 10

I recently updated to windows 10, and before i updated, fallout was running perfectly. Now that i've updated, the game crashes before 'please stand by' can pop up.

I found that a d3d9.dll file in my main folder is crashing it, but when i remove that, it gets rid of my enb, and still eventually crashes.

Is there any way that i can keep my enb and run on windows 10?

 

 

EDIT: I solved this, I found that turning off compatibility mode worked (at least for me)
