Multiple Animations controlled through conditions

Is there a possibility to control multiple animations for one action through conditions, set in an ESP or something along this line.

 

For example: Play normal weapon equip animation when not in combat, but fast equip animation when in combat.

Play Anim1 if condition 1 is met and play Anim2 if Condition 2 is met.

 

I want to achieve, being able to play 2 different animations for the same Action, controlled by conditions.
