staveoffzombies
I posted a couple weeks ago asking about a system that wouldn't run the game well. And I think I'm going to upgrade..and this is what I would end up with. AMD Athlon 3500+2 GB DDR2 RAMEVGA GeForce 7300 GT 512 MB DDR2
Crisb92
I would suggest going for the 7600GT, it should only cost a little more and the difference would be noticeable, I've got the agp 7600GT and it plays Oblivion acceptably, if not with max settings. TheTerminator2004
I would advise skipping the 7x series completely, as it will be completely obsolete relatively soon, and going for one of the 8x cards. I, for example, recently got an 8500GT 512mb for just over £50, and the new 8800GT (one of the most powerful cards on the market) was released at a mere £180, so you may be able to get one of them. Crisb92
Yeah, that's what I would have suggested if his current setup hadn't given me the impression that he didn't really have the budget for the 8800gt, but anything in the 8xxx series is probably better than the 7xxx, although I'm not too well versed in the 8s.
