LE Perks Reset.

To some it would seem unsportsmanlike since crating perks are included plus it was not intended (I guess) from Bethesda for a player to be able to experience the gameplay of each "Class/Skill Tree-Combo" in a single playthrough but taking into consideration the vastness of this game, including numbers of dungeons,quests,sidequests and needed hours to complete them I believe that few might even have the courage to do every single thing they did agay, plus, to many it would seem a salvation from that extra point into haggling which seemed so needed at starting levels few moments before you come across your first +20% better prices item or into novice locks when with enough patience and lock-picks you can pick master locks even with a low skill into lock-picking or even simply because you wanted to go desto/1hand and decided that shield/1hand suited much more your playstyle. Fees could apply , or it could be something like 1 time only with a huge cost of a combination of septims plus ingredients or w/e. I have no idea how to even start creating a simple mod for I would gladly give it a try since I know many people would use it. Been searching for three to four days and I've read countless posts in different forums and the best solution yet is to do it manually through console commands. Thanks in advance.
