Mod Order and Patches

So first of all so sorry if this is in the wrong place and sorry because I know this has probably been asked a bajillion times by other mob noobs. But seriously I could use help with my order and links to any patches for said mods. It seems to crash whenever I'm in Megaton or it could be crashing because of my K-9 unit.
