Vearos
A simple idea would be just to edit your spouses outfit, wel just change what they're wearing, kinda irritates me that my Wife, from the slums of winterhold now one of the more.. successfull business owners in Solitude.. runs around in patched rags. I'd just likethe ability to change their clothing. an added bonus if you could change their physical and even racial appearances.. My wife being the only Argonian Female you can marry, is possibly one of the -few- of the ugly argonians, and in my travels.. I have only ever met... about 14 argonians.. (thats including corpses, ah such friendly conversation peices.) would be nice to maybe.. make some.. tweeks. Though I'd be content on just getting a spouse into a new set of clothing. or in some parts of the world.. armor, its dangerous times.
XunAmarox
Sneak behind them, steal their clothes. Then bring up console and click them, then... addtofaction 5C84D 0(adds to follower faction) Then tell them to follow you and give them whatever you wanted them to wear. Interesting...does this work when you already have a follower (going to try it anyhow when done with this post, but for others sort of thing)Also, would that work with random mobs? Say I wanted a Forsworn to follow me (without sounding like a zombie) for cannon fodder purposes...whats the limits, what menu comes up when you interact, etc. Again, I am about to give it a go, but for others for a quick and dirty.Once I guess the kit comes out, a more elegant method of doing this verses console commands would be approprate..perhaps in the way of a spell or special weapon of youloveme'ification

kitsuneshoujo
If it does, just save and reload.
sephkurai
But how will I know it does? Will there be some sort of warning or do I have to try to get an achievement and see if it works or not? Because the only achievements I have left are hard ones. >.<

XunAmarox
Unfortunatly. there are no clothes lootable in her inventory. Hm. Click on her then type:showinventory Then (still clicked on her) type removeitem BaseID # ex:removeitem 0003ad74 1 This example is on a wolf, it removes one wolf pelt from its inventory. Same works on NPC's. You can also add items to their inventory like this. Edited November 23, 2011 by XunAmarox
