LE (Cold) Temperature Management Mod

Hello,

 

First sorry for my poor english.

 

Since the start of my Skyrim play, i think at this Mod:

Maybe me or someone else can make a mod who manage the Cold temperature.

More the player climbs in altitude more the temperature is cold and the player suffer of this.

Over time his condition to degrade,the combat stats degrade too, etc..

A good Coat can aid,some potion or magic to, some new perks will be welcome.

 

I wait the construction set for see what can i make for this mod and some anothers mod which I think also.
