Did not get Black Book

I have 5 of the 7 Black Books. (Still waiting for Kolbjorn Barrow to finish excavating.)

 

I have not gotten Epistolary Acumen. Storn has given Hermaeus Mora the secrets of the Skaal and is dead. I have also defeated Hermaeus Mora (never could get the knack of riding the dragon, though). Did I miss something here? How do I get this book?

You have to loot it from Storn after he dies, otherwise it gets added to Frea's inventory. I think you can talk to her to get it.
