Hey guys,

 

I was wondering if anyone fancies changing the imperials sword into a Roman gladius style short sword with less weight and more damage?

and changing the ugly steel imperial helm to something cooler, that covers your full face/ears/neck but also has the horse feathers on top like the roman phalanx helm

I could probably have ago at modelling the sword and sheathe but getting it into the game?! I'd have no idea..

Well for the helmet there is already a helmet in game like that, but is never really used on troops. The only two I've found were during a thieves guild quest into the East Empire Trading Company, just laying about, the other appears during the Daedric Merida quest, when entering her temple the first corpse on the group has a helm laying next to it.

 

I do not understand why this helmet labeled "Imperial Helmet" was never part of the possible equipment for the troops. Or even standard equipment for Civil War groups.

I was unable to figure out the ID code for the helm as console clicking only gave me the surrounding walls ID.

 

{I believe just adding the helmet to unnamed officers would be a huge boost to the equipment of the Empire, and a much needed fear inducing factor)
