cant change fov

As i open console and write FOV 100 the game change fov but as soon as i close console fov go back to 75 . i try to change in all 3 ini files :

fDefaultFOV=100.0000

and add on the end of [display] section :

fDefaultWorldFOV=100.0

 

and still no efect ingame (like it was hardcoded to 75 ) .

Maybe Steam isn't letting you change your .ini I forget how to change that at the moment.. you could Google it but I may be back on later this evening and edit this post.
