Now in some game screens I've seen or Youtube tutorials - there was a boss relief in the background reminiscent of the stone wall in the trailers. My questions is - should my game have this background?Is it reserved for certain settings or is there a way to enable it somehow?I like the look of the stone wall/ embossed image in the background - and would like to get it to work on my Skyrim. saldu Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 There's supposed to be a picture and a flavor text going with the picture for nearly every loadscreen.Often the loadscreen matches the location you're currently travelling to if fast travelling, and a random trivia if normal zoning. Is there a way to put in a load screen (texture, background, etc.) behind the 3-D characters and the trivia that appears on the loadscreens (during fast-travel, entering a building, etc.)??? - I'm tired of just the black background and smoke/steam coming up. I want it to show the stone work with the smoke/steam coming up, the 3-D character/item and the flavor text/hints in the bottom while loading. Call my picky but I want it all. I'd like to have the stone work in the background just like I've seen. Other than this my version of the game works perfectly. When your load screen pops up between areas - do you have a black/blank background or the stone work in the background?Perhaps those of you with the stonework in the background can tell us what settings you are running your game at - that might be the solution, I am thinking. The load screens I had seen are not always available during play. As mentioned here also by Saldu, occasionally you'll get a background in the load screen, but for the most part it is the black/blank background with the character model and some steam. This is so you can rotate and enjoy the character model w/o the distraction of the background. Having seen the background once of the stone relief - I had thought this was how the typical load screen 'should' look. Not so, I made a wrong assumption. My game works just fine and is not missing any textures. I felt I should update the status of this issue here, and close this post for solutions on this. It would be nice some day...perhaps down the road...if I could figure out a way to add that stone wall relief texture to the background of every load screen. Again call me crazy, I just think it looks amazing. Thanks to Saldu, for attempting to help me with my crazy question.
