Help finding face textures

I'm using the Nexus mod "Improved Skin Textures for CBBE" with the darker veins.
If any of you are using this can you please suggest a detailed face texture set that will match with this body skin.

 

I've tried a couple but they haven't been that detailed and seem to make my character blushing red face look.

Any help greatly apprciated.
