NMM Crash on Startup

When I start up Nexus Mod Manager I get 1-3 "something bad seems to have happened" error message. I've re installed it and tried opening it as admin.

You might be missing the .net framework 4, saw another with same issue and someone told him that was the issue.

I'll have a look into it, but It was working on the last NMM update, it only broke after the steam update.

okay might be another issue then ... personally I didn't update, all i hear people saying is that the patch broke the game even more making it crash more often.
