benel Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 I have 2 amulet fragments of the Gauldur amulet, i have read the book multiple times but the quest does not start at all, i even tried this command setstage dunGauldursonQST 0 and setstage dunGauldursonQST 1 (this added the items i already had to my inventory again) but they did not start the quest.Anyone able to help me this is highly annoying, having 2 amulet fragments (that i can't remove from my inventory) and not knowing what to do with them. shadow56 Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 To get the third part which is located in Saarthal you must Visit the College of Winterhold and do the First Lessons quest. Tolfdir will have the key to Saarthal and then all you have to do is find the third part.Once acquired is is a nice amulet to have. Won't tell you what it does so it will not spoil the quest. Now you either go back to Reachwater Rock or have to find it. If I recall there are two doors with puzzels you have to unlock. They require claw keys to open them which you should already have in your inventory from collecting the amulet fragments. To get the correct sequence just open your inventory select the appropriate key and look at the sequence of symbols to open the door. In the final chamber you will come up against the Gauldson Brothers. You must defeat each one so (Get ready for a fight).
