Randomfart
Well, since cannibalism is already in the game in some form, I was thinking that it could perhaps be improved upon. Make it a disease that prevents vampirism and lycanthropy and has moderate health and stamina regen bonuses (and/or whatever that is deemed fit) also, it could have several stages that makes your condition prgressively worse the longer you go on without *feeding*. Sort of a reverse vampirism effect. Some visual effects to reflect your current condition would be stellar as well.
Logiwink
I never got why Bethesda started putting cannibalism in its games, but I guess different strokes for different folks. Anyhow, people who enjoy that should do it. What about the Wendigo myth and the link to cannibalism? As you eat more flesh your health and stamina regen could go up and eventually you could get a Wendigo beast form?
Randomfart
I don't feel one way or another about cannibalism in games. (And I think that it's hypocritical to be offended by cannibalism when the game lets you in practice eat people as a vampire or as a werewolf.) But I do appreciate increased variety. And I like that suggestion, I was thinking some active effect using the same visuals as an orcs berserker rage could work.
