Rennn
I haven't downloaded any tree mods, btw. It just started happening a few minutes ago; all the trees within viewing distance are pink. I have no idea what could have caused this. It wasn't like that before, and I hadn't installed any tree mods ever, or any mods at all for a good while. Ideas on how to fix it besides reinstalling? Kravick
The encryption wrapping patch caused this. I had the same exact problem as you did, even worse as it was effecting character models (only thing I'd see is armor and floating eyeballs and lips) and every time I'd revert from the werewolf form my character would be nothing but a black silhouette. The LAA work around fixed this for me though and I haven't experienced any problems since. If you're not using a 64-bit OS I honestly don't know what to suggest though. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1013 Heres the URL for the LAA work around. This only works if you have more than 2gb of ram and a 64-bit OS. Its pretty straight forward, but make sure you read the instructions as its very critical you do exactly what it says or it won't work. You don't need to install it or put it in any specific directories. Just make sure you have Steam running BEFORE you run this. EDIT: Forgot to mention, because of the nature of Steam, you have to run this program every time you want to play Skyrim. It launches the game for you though so as long as you have Steam open BEFORE you use this program it will make Skyrim LAA compatible. Rennn
It went away on its own, but thanks for this. if it happens again (or doesn't go away on its own next time) now I'll know what to do. :)
