vmsfallout
Any ideas? I have installed new drivers.I have reinstalled the game.I have tried various setting levels.I have tried the High Res DLC too. Anything in the ini file maybe? I have had a couple of other issues I resolved with adjustments to this: 1) "bDeferredShadows=1" to "bDeferredShadows=0" to eliminate random light/shadow sequences and lines and black splotches.2) Setting ShadowMapResolution to 4096 to eliminate flickering textures and jagged, lego-like shadows

naruto30
So, I know this is super late but it could still be helpful to some people, who knows. Now going to the point, there are many mods that change effects already prebuilt into the game in order to make them better, which means that if both are working at the same time some error is likely to occur, and one possible error is the missing water. If you use SKSE to launch your game (or even if not) try running the Skyrim Launcher app, go to "Options", and disable both antialiasing and anisotropic filtering by selecting "Off (best performance)". Select "Ok" and you should be good to go to the launcher you normally use. I hope this helps ^^
