STLM 2.2.1, no Light shafts and bloom.

Hey guys,
I've been trying to mod my witcher 3 game in anticipation for my new GPU.
I installed the STLM 2.2.1 mod (the version that includes dlc) both manually and through nmm.

Both times however, I don't get any bloom, or light shafts or anything, that I normally would get with vanilla lighting.
Anyone know what could be causing this?

Also, pressing print screen with it installed crashes the game for some reason..

PS. I'm in white orchard if that makes any difference, just started a new game.
