download speed

i opened this topic in off-topic section before, i hope this is right place to ask.

i have problem since last night with download speeds from nexus, any way i try it, manual download or mod organizer... it starts with speed like 10-20 kb/s then it totally stops. been hours since im downloading small mod, and then download froze. is it servers or something on my end? any help would be appreciated. tnx

p.s. im not premium user, and i changed nothing since yesterday, when i downloaded mods at standard ~1 MB/s speed

also its not my internet, everything else works normal, at full speed.
