From what I understand mods must be made on a PC. However, they can only be downloaded from Bethesda.

Unfortunately there are only PC mods here, console mods are only located at Bethesda.net. But there certainly are a lot more mods here, but I wouldn't try to download any with a computer and try to load them into the xbox, simply because these mods here have not been optimized for consoles, and ultimately create issues. Not only issues for the game data... but issues with porting a mod without the author's permission. I am a console gamer too... xbox. The post by Bess above is partially true... they have converted me.... and now there is no going back.... lol!!!
