ENB/FPS Headache? I doubled my FPS

Hoping this will help some of you scratching your head over why your hardware cant handle ENBs or even just poor performance in Skyrim altogether.

My System is i7 4790k + GTX 970 and i was getting 25-40 FPS outdoors while running Tetrachromatic ENB with some high res texture packs and Vivid Weathers with a few other mods.

I simply rebooted my PC, Disabled Hyperthreading in the BIOS, and hit Save and Exit.

 

Now i get 55-60 FPS running my mod setup with V-Sync capping me so things dont get crazy.
