..Zebras and giraffes..? *Cringe* Again, unless they'd be specifically imported via caravans, I can't see any logical reasoning for why those types of creatures would be there. I mean, it'd be like meeting an abominable snowman in the desert.

This game does need more creatures to fight. I ride around for long periods of time just seeing wolves and bears. Two Worlds (first) had more variety especially with those insect creatures. The game feels lonely at times. i beat the whole thing, got every achievement and I ride around maybe running into some unimpressive humanoids now and then, but the game needs more creatures. I expected a lot more than what is actually in the game. I expected big open battles too like the LoTR movies. Not that I want to copy that, but in several novels and films I've seen this is always the case, some not even "fantasy." It would be nice to have big encounters like that, with many enemies on the field, on both sides. In the city I live in, I could run into more trouble in 20 minutes than i do over an hour of this game. Actually today I played for seven hours, fought 2 dragons and maybe 1 spider and 12 wolves. I finished all the quests, not that they were loaded with enemies but I don't know. I hope someone makes some great monster mod.

I think comparing reality to a fantasy game is your first mistake here. Know what else Skyrim has? A talking dog, a headless horseman, and a wand that turns people into rabbits.

Know what else Skyrim has? A Daedric Prince's companion, a ghost, and a Daedric Artefact.

Right and wrong at the same time. I spent four hours in one of my characters and fought something like two dosen enemies. Exactly two of which were animals, a saber-tiger and a wolf, separated by a quarter of a mile and an hour (I ran into the worlf on the way back from cleaning out a dungeon). But you are right there should be way more wild life out the, especially in the more wooded areas. Every once in a while I see a fox or a bunny, the ocaisional elk, the density is staggeringly low.

Actually I would like to see some imported animals like guars, and hungers, and daedrothi, spider deadra, cliff racers,, half the creatures from shivering isles, the other half of the creatures from shivering isles, goblins, minotaurs, boars, wooly rinos, brontotheriums, megatheriums, Sharks and squid in the coastal waters, maybe a wooly tyranosaur it's fantasy why not. May be a terror bird and moa birds since they got mammoths and saber tooths.

this is a good thread, wouldnt mind trying to make some new animals tis just my texturing skills arent what you could call required for this king of mod + i was thinking of maybe importing oblivion models and slightly changing them but i would be scared of copyright!!

i would love to see some more daedric monsters for conjuration ( i spent most of oblivion fighting alonside my daedroth) and it would be class if someone could bring back normal zombies. im sure that not every zombie in skyrim was a dragon worshipper, it really doesnt make sense especially when goin into a necromancers cave and only seeing decipated bodies without a single sign of decay. zombies in oblivion where scary too, when they would attack you from behind and all of a sudden you would have contracted like six diseases
