Missing icons in "White" Theme

Two icons that are visible and work normally in the default "Underground" theme for the forum are missing in the alternative "White" theme, displaying a "broken image" icon instead. These are the checkmark icon next to the "Mark this forum as read" option, and the tag icon next to forum titles that list tags. There may be others, but these are the only ones I've seen. There are also two missing icons that do not show a "broken image" icon, and those are the messenger (envelope) and notification (bell) icons next to the user name at the top. These are simply missing in the White theme, though the red number appears where the icons should be if you have a message or a notification.

 

Edit: I found another one missing with the broken image icon. The "head and shoulders" icon next to the option to follow a topic is also missing. And another one missing without the broken image icon (just invisible) is the one that appears next to the line "Edited by Tchos, Today, 03:35 PM" That makes it 3 "broken image" icons" and 3 invisible ones.
