Nexus Mod manager crash

Can someone help me here? when i try to disable the mod Enchanced blood textures mod from nexus mod mananger. The mod mananger crashes. I dont know where the files are at when i downloaded the mod. so I am stuck. Here is the .txt file it made of the crash.
