Mod thoughts - two handed weapon adjustment

I agree that the 2handed weapons are way to slow. Personally I dont like to play a balanced game I like to fly around killing absolutely everything in sight with frightening efficiency(preferably like a Ninja).

There should be an easy fix to this once the creation kit is released. In the other construction kits there was an option to create weapons, where you could make a 2h weapon and make it as fast as you want.

The one mod I want to try and make is one where you can attack while jumping and falling.

I was thinking about this as well, but I don't find all the "great" weapons to be too slow, mainly just the greatswords. I was think of a change to the specific weapon perks to make them more unique. Something along the lines of:

 

Limbsplitter: attacks with axes do additional dmg and cause bleed effect (3 ranks)

 

Deep Wounds: greatswords attack speed is increased by x% and have an y% chance to crit (3 ranks)

 

Skullsplitter: attacks with warhammers ignore x% armor and normal attacks have y% chance to stagger or stun target (3 ranks)

 

I just need to learn/ find the resources for modify perks.
