Moving platform/house with NPCs on it

Now this sounds ridiculous, but that's what I want to do.

I want to create a moving house with certain animation.

This house would move around the world while an NPC would live in it and possibly attack innocent creatures in it's visinity.

 

If the house would be it's own mesh with own skeleton and animations, would it be possible to attach some sort of self gravity on it?

What I mean is that standing on moving objects in this engine does not seem to behave normally due to havoc I guess. And if the house jumps or whatever all objects would fall off it. (yes the house would be full equipped for living. )

 

Does anyone have past modding experience with previous engines of Beth games if it could be sort of possible?
