FO4 + mods CTD after main menu

Hello community,

 

I've been trying to figure this problem out myself but I've come to a complete standstill here and I need some assistance.

After the last patch my game was totally ruined and nothing worked as intended so I decided to un- and re-install Fallout 4 from scratch. I even installed the NMM fresh to get everything down to Null and start over with mods.

I downloaded the latest files from the mods I wanted and after reading that F4SE currently is causing trouble for some players I decided not to use it for now.

After I installed the mods I wanted I tried to launch the game and it worked fine for a while but the second I'm hitting "New Game" I get an aweful CTD after like 3-4 seconds of blank loading screen with nothing but the Vault-Tec loading icon.

 

Modlist (One to one from NMM) below and Load Order as TXT in the attachments.

 

edit: After checking the Load Order it seems there's still mods from the previous installation in there which is odd. They're disabled though.

 

I appreciate any help that you might provide so I can finally go back to FO4 with mods.

try to get hold on "https://loot.github.io/" loot which will sort your Loadorder, in most cases it maid help
