looking for a mod

is there a mod that allows you to move dead people like the telekinesis spell? it would be cool to move dead npc's around without using the "grab" control in game because it doesn't work the way i want it to, the telekinesis spell allows free movement of the object would be cool the have the same freedom of movement on dead npc's or alive ones

 

if there is no such mod could you tell me how to do it.
