After the dragon saves my noggin I run into the keep and follow Hadvar up the steps ... the dragon swings by and blows out a wall and I'm told to jump. I do. Apparently I'm supposed to follow Hadvar at this point but once on the ground he's no where to be seen. What am I missing or not doing ? Just an advice, when you have problems like that check the youtube for gameplay videos, it might help with something that is very obvious but one doenst see at the time.
