murti74 Posted August 9, 2016 Share Posted August 9, 2016 For no reason, i have a "+" next to perception , increasing my lockpicking etc. I dont wear any clothing, have ongoing effects or a perk causing this. People had similar problems with a "-", but mine is damn +. I have the glitch since Dead Money and strangely enough, my older saves with the same character , which are 10+ hours apart, have the buff aswell.
