LE * Driveable Carriage mod *

I know nothing about modding but i was wondering if it would be possible to make a mod using the carriage textures and stuff that are already found in the game.

 

with the possiblity of having storage in the back to transport crap around.

Or this might get old fast but a mod that when you get into a carriage, the carriage actually moves and you can get off when you want or something like that. but something above too would be awesome.
