FrostedDonuts Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 After finishing the Laid to Rest quest (the investigation of the burned down house), the jarl of that town (Morthal) changed from the supposed vision-seeing Idgrod Ravencrone to Sorli the Builder.
