Town Background Atmosphere Audio Mod

People seem to be complaining that the game (town npc) doesnt treat you that different if you are a 7 foot son of the earth true blood Nord or if you a (dodgy looking to them) khajit. Getting npc to treat you different sounds difficult but it might be easier to create a certain atmosphere depending on your race. Would it be difficult to make a background audio mod to create that feeling that people are responding to your character? I dont mean actual people you talk to, just snippits overheard as you walk down the streets. This would only happen when you are in a populated area.

For example - your character is a Nord , while walking through the town you might get an audio background comments like

"Yeah nord pride baby", " Fine looking nord", "Now that my fellows is what a nord looks like"

A khajit might get background audio

" Watch your pockets lads", "bloody cat" "urgh" "Careful with that purse" "Khaji scum"

an imperial might overhear

" Skyrim for the Nords" " Bloody imperials" etc

 

What Im trying to say is that these snippets of conversation are not tied to a particular town\npc, they are just playing whenever your character enters a populated town.

 

My question is,

 

1. is this feasible ? (or can that only be answered once the CK is released)

2. How many lines are needed? I guess that depends on how long the average player spends in a populated area during a town visit(ie not inside your house etc) my guess- one line per 2-3 min on a 10 line rotation should make sure it is not too repetetive.
