LE Anti Immersion-breaking dialogue mod + civil war weight mod

Good [morning/afternoon/evening] forumites. i love Skyrim but there are a few things I've noticed that bug me. My first character was a Nord. I loved the race specific dialogue in the tutorial. i found it really helped me get into the game. I ended up leaving the tutorial thinking "Yes! No more Solstheim for me! its time for the real deal! let's do this! Nord Pride!" I naturally joined the Stormcloak rebellion the second i heard of it and was most distressed when Galmar Stone-Fist said "Why's a foreigner want to fight for Skyrim?" I literally yelled at my computer that I'm not a foreigner. This is the only specific example i could remember but this one really stuck in my head. There are several other places in the game where something like this happens. I dont know if this sort of thing bugs other people but it really bugs me. What i would like would be a mod that fixes these dialogue issues. For the example I brought up i think the fix would be easy: just add a dialogue option along the lines of: "I'm not a foriegner! I'm pure Nord!". It would bring me no ends of joy if someone had the patience to scour the game for these dialogue issues and fix them. I realize this is a lot of work and probably won't happen but it would be really awesome if it did.

 

Secondly: The civil war needs to have more weight. In my previously mentioned character I completed all Stormcloak quests and killed Generl Tulias (i think that's his name), and what happened? Nothing. Nothing changed. Everyone still talked about the war. The tooltips during loading screens still said there was bitter fighting between the rebel stormcloaks and the reigning imperials, etc. I think it would be just swell if someone were to (once the CK is out of course) give the two sides a little more variation. I'd like the choice over which side your choose to have more wieght then simply what uniforms of some of the guards in some of the cities wear. i dont really know how this might be achieved but i think the first thing would be to get all the people in the cities to stop talking about the civil war like its still going on (this is Skyrim not Texas XD lol jk). well anyway, thank you all for your time. i hope these two rambling paragraphs nestle in some modders head somewhere so that something like this is eventually made.

pps I CAN'T WAIT FOR A DRAGON RIDER MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish Bethesda would hurry up and release the CK
