Mila Valentia following me everywhere... (mod issues?)

This is really bugging me, i noticed that wherever i go/ fast travel/ walk or whatever Mila Valentia is just following me everywhere! only chat option is her default one liner and i have done nothing that i know of within the game that would make her follow me, my suspicion is that it may be a broken mod or a bug within a mod that is causing this, perhaps a follower mod. i have no idea where to start looking and debugging, if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated!
Im running the latest version of SKSE, Mod Organizer and have my load order sorted by LOOT.
