Can't change member preferences

Every time I change the member preference to allow adult content and go back to the page, it goes back to block adult content. How can I change the preference without it going back to normal

Are you making sure to use the big green "submit" button at the very bottom of the page? It's often easily overlooked.... looks almost like it's something to do with the donation and Paypal stuff down there, but it's how you accept the changes you've made for the whole page.
