sonogu
There was a mod named "Real Shelter" for skyrim, a similar mod is much needed in fallout 4 too. If someone can do it, i am sure it will get many endorsements...
Endersky
I believe True Storms are done with it.

Meisenbach
There is no need for a mod like this. It's already a vanilla feature, bud. Explore the graphic settings and game options before looking for a mod. It's called rain occlusion in the launch options. You can also tweak the graphics there. Well that's interesting :D I would naturally expected it to be a default setting that rain doesn't come through the ceiling... so I never thought there would be a setting for this :)) I will check it, thank you. No problem. It's probably optional so that low end PC users can turn it off if it causes too much lag.

Well, I checked the setting and saw that both rain occlusion and wetness are already ticked, my problem is that there is no rain inside of the buildings but if it rains clothes are getting wet... so I just wanted to prevent that (when you are outside, it is a good feature getting soaked during the rain) So, I guess i am going to need the true storms mod anyway :)

Rain occlusion is already ticked on mine. And rain stops with a roof, for about 5 metres, then then rain falls through beyond that distance. For example, I have a 3 floor large building, it rains inside in the building on the ground floor, but stops raining if I walk close.... nonsense. Mod required.
