No Cool Down Dragon Shouts

At least Draugr don't spam their fus ro dah shouts. (Or at least I don't let them, they never survive a second hit from me)

Now you've made me wonder, does the ebony knight also have zero cooldown? (Need level 80 to meet him)

And I don't mind NPC's having zero cooldown for as long as they don't spam shouts.

In my playthroughs I'm seeing shouts more as a gimmick than an actual weapon I'd be using frequently. Gonna storm a fort? Summon duhveniir or call a thunderstorm, the rest is just arrows to the face.

I'm curious as well, now that we've dropped several methods of reducing shout cooldown to zero on you, do you plan on making a playthrough where you fight with nothing but shouts?

I prefer to keep the No cool down thing to an enchanted item. I have a Dragonborn Amulet hidden in one of my mods. If I feel like doing the no cool down thing for fun, I'll go and get that amulet. If not, I leave it alone or just don't wear it.

That is a fun idea to ponder. The only problem is " collateral damage " of guards - NPC's and such that will cause you to have bounties and/or be attacked, because THEY GOT IN THE WAY! :P

... actually I only use the shouts with Dragon's and a camp load of Stormcloaks or Raiders and such. I avoid using shouts in areas where, as stated above " collateral damage " could / would come into play. I hate having bounties and / or fights because some idiot A.I. NPC did not have the common sense to get out of the way of THE DRAGONBORN .... :P
