So i was looking at all the mods for scraping and mods for Settlers like more salvaging work bench and was thing now only if we had a workbench we assign's a settler to and as time goes by NPC actually starts removing leaves, trash ectt or what ever we tell them to remove from the area actually gets removed, I am no good at scripting other wise i make somthing like this, anyway have my idea and run with it hope someone makes a good use.
