farout59
I think that it would be really helpful to be able to see how long spells, potions and summoned creatures have left (like in oblivion). Because of the lack of this I find my self spamming spell such as oakflesh and bound creature spells because it is sometimes hard to tell when they have run out rather than looking behind me to check if the Zombie or Atronach is still there. Thanks in the future to any modder who decides to make this. Edited November 25, 2011 by farout59

pikoso26
This one is a must in my opinion, it was on Morrowind, and it was on Oblivion, dont see why they took it out here. Its so useful, especially when you contract diseases since most of the time ppl dont notice they got one until a few days later, then realize theyve been playing with reduced stats for days lol
Allephus
While, in their defense, they probably thought people would want to enjoy the scenery without annoying icons or words displayed, it'd be nice to have the option to toggle whether they display or not. JMMcNemo
I'd endorse it. Doesn't need to be complicated; permanent effects wouldn't be necessary, just timed ones, and a simple bar showing the countdown would be enough for me. While we're at it, what's equipped would be useful, too. I'm getting sick of having a Draugr smacking me down and me trying to defend myself with Clairvoyance. Also, I recently discovered the Shouts 'Life Aura' and 'Throw Voice'. Confusing them is more than a little annoying.

Aerrow
I would love to see something like this be made. You know how they have those glowy icons hidden under your spell tab? It'd look nice and simplistic to have a tiny one with a timer next to it in the corner on the HUD to represent it. I don't think meters would look as nice, and they'd become encumber the screen when you have a few of them. I'd honestly be happy to see it made in whatever fashion though, that's just my take. Meters, countdowns, clocks, little hourglass animations... for my part I say there's plenty of room for all of those, and more, depending on how much effort the modders feels like putting into it. I was only thinking the meter would be sufficient and simple, but if it's A: easy to code and B: easy to read, I'm good with anything.
