Skyrim textures problem

First of all, I apoligize if this isn't the correct section, but I'm new to the forum and this seemed to me the best section in which I could start this discussion.

This surely isn't a problem associated with mods since it happens since I downloaded the game without mods. Now it's starting to piss me off: when I move, if I stand in some places and look in the right direction, I see some texture bugs like purple rectangles in whiterun, in the helgen keep in a corner I see a purple pyramid, other times whit textures clipping through objects. Plus, in the loading menu, the fog is sometimes 100% opaque and of various colours, this depends on how I move the object or how it moves alone, but everytime it's different, sometimes it stays opaque even if I move the object and it goes over the text so I can't read.

Anyway, I already tried with the steam cache integrity control and it didn't fix the problem.
Any idea on how I could fix that? maybe a mod?
