Modding Question(s)

Hi, I just want to start by saying I hope I'm in the right section. I looked for a general mod help topic but couldn't find one, so If I'm in the wrong place please let me know and I'll redirect this thread.
So I recently got Fallout 4 and after playing for a while, I decided to try some mods out. I followed a tutorial and added the lines to my fallout Ini's and all that. I've played hundreds of hours of modded Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3, and New Vegas so I also did all the typical modding stuff, like using LOOT and things like that.

The problems I'm having however aren't like most I've seen before, or even on other problem threads. My mods are kind of, half working. Here's my load order before I explain more.

Fallout 4.esm

Homemaker.esm

RobotHomeDefense.esm

Unofficial Fallout 4 patch.esp

Conquest.esp
Scrap Everything-Core.esp

Minutemen Overhaul.esp

SettlersRename.esp (Don't call me Settler)

RHDAddoncost.esp (Adds more to Robot home Defense)

MO_HM_Patch.esp (Minutemen Overhaul and Homemaker Patch)

EFF.esp (Multiple Companions)

ShaikukinSettlementAttacked.esp

So I don't really have many mods, but something isn't working right.

For example, In Homemaker only about half of the items are showing up. I have new beds, pictures, furnishings and things like that, but in some categories like "Bunker" and "Diner" the options are showing up, but no object is seen. But other categories like "Warehouse" it's all there and works fine.

In Minutemen Overhaul, most of the new items are shown, but It won't let me build a vertibird, recruit troops, or certain pictures. Or for example the RHD addons are shown, but not all features are there. If the problems were consistent I'd understand, but since it's half and half I'm a little lost. And before I forget, Yes I tried using just one mod at a time, and then again with a new game.(Oh the things I learned from Skyrim). But the problems were still there. I know this is a little all over the place, but if someone could offer any sort of help into any of these problems it would be much appreciated. Thank you all!

Make sure that you check the description on the mod page for each mod your using, just in case those mods have dependancies on other mods (or dlc) that you might not be aware of, and make sure you install the latest versions, as well as check to see if any incompatabilites are mentioned in the description.

Also, if you've been manually installing your mods, I'd advise you to use NMM to make life a little easier for you.

Looks like you need to alter your load order slightly, I believe that the Unofficial Fallout4 Patch.esp should be immediately under your Fallout 4.esm

Afraid I can't help with the other mods you use, as I don't use them myself.
