Ragdoll Shoulder Bug

Certain ragdolls in my game have a bug which causes their right shoulder to stick above their left shoulder.

-No ragdolls that are dead by default have the bug.

-Ragdolls killed without a canned animation have the bug. Ragdolls that die with an animation don't have the bug.

-Upon save reload, all ragdolls not dead by default have the bug.
