Help with Mod organizer?

Hello, So I recently just started using mod organizer after quitting Nexus mod Manager. I downloaded mods on the steam workshop just to make it easy and thing on the nexus, the problem is that when I launch skse, I click data files and I can't see my mod organizer files and only the steam workshop ones. Anyone know what to do?

 

This is my loot load order out my mod organizer mods are not on it, and only steam workshop ones.
