uGridstoLoad ruined my game! :(

The title says it all.

I tried ''uGridstoLoad'' at 7 in the Skyrim.ini. Played half an hour with these settings, but found that the performance decrease wasn't worth the benefit. So I saved the game and deleted ''uGridstoLoad=7'' out of the Skyrim.ini. And here it comes: Every time I try to load a savegame wich was made during the mentioned half hour, the game crashes nearly instantly in the loading screen!

If i try to load a savegame which was created before the infamous half hour, while not having the ''uGridstoLoad=7'' line in the Skyrim.ini, everything's fine. The thing is, the last savegame I created which meets these criteria, is 12 hours of playtime earlier in the game.

It not only crashes if i delete the line, but also if I set it to any value lower than 7. Higher is no problem. It happens if I try to load a savegame in the open nature as well as into houses. So, to put it in a nutshell: what the f***? How can I solve this problem? Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Do I have to live with a slightly choppy game now?
