Mercof
Heyo! New user here.... Ok, so I heard using mods on skyrim will deactivate steam achievements, correct? Is there a way to deactivate mods in order to start earning them again if so?And can I keep my regular files and mod files in two separate folders so they don't get mixed up? Thanks! AxlRocks
Heyo! New user here.... Ok, so I heard using mods on skyrim will deactivate steam achievements, correct? Take this with a grain of salt, because I don't use mods (yet), but I believe you're fine with mods. However, a lot of people say using the console will deactivate achievements, but I can confirm that using it should give you no problems. Even things like god mode haven't affected mine one bit. Steam never gave me the achievement for joining the Companions though, but that was wayyy before I ever had to use the console lol so Steam may bug out and not give you one by accident, but you should be fine with mods, and I know for sure using the console has been safe for me. Hope that helps! Hopefully someone will confirm that mods are fine as well, just in case. And welcome to the forums/Nexus Sites!AxlRocks Edited November 26, 2011 by AxlRocks
