Vampire problem: Cannot feed at any stage

Here's my setup;

 

- Ring of Hircine

- Vampire race, stage 4 (hated by everyone)

 

I went and removed my werewolf nature from the Companions quests to see if the Ring of Hircine would let me be a werewolf AND let me get resting bonuses, and whaddya know, it does. Now, I wanted to try out a vampire, and it was mildly fun; using the drain health spell, mainly, but it was different. I suck my companion's blood a few times, and all is well. Later on down the road, I saw trouble; a frost dragon fighting a giant, and winning. I change to werewolf form with Ring of Hircine, dash over, and wail on the dragon, then the weakened giant. I won, got a dragon soul, yadda yadda, and then waited to turn off the werewolf form. When I came out of the form, my eyes went from the vampire red ones back to my normal ones. Eye glitch? Oh well, red eyes are for morons anyway. Now, I'm stage four, out in the wilderness. I know the trick to tell your companion to sleep on a bed, and I tell them to do so. Wait...why are they standing up when I should be able to pickpocket/feed? The companion I have won't let me feed. Ok, let's dismiss it and go break in to an old woman's home. I go do that, and sneak up on someone, then try to feed. It skips right to the pickpocket window, no option to feed. I check my spells, and I am indeed a stage four vampire, 100% weakness to fire and all.

 

I know the cowardly and pitiful method of setting a specific quest stage to instantly remove vampirism, but I want to stay a vampire. What's going on? Are the Ring of Hircine and Vampirism stages conflicting?

Being a werewolf cures vampirism.I tried being a vampire nd add the beast form power via console command and it worked I was a hybrid but when I got back from werewolf form my hair and eyebrows were gone, didn´t test the feeding option.Being a werewolf and a vampire messes up the character although there are people who say it´s possible to be both without conflicts it didn´t happen to me x) I´d say either you are a werewolf or a vampire.
